I initially planned on fully describing a set of naming standards, but I see there really is no point. Open one of my existing documents, cut and paste everything you want and rename fields in a logical manner. Update the calculations when you do the cut and paste if it is needed, otherwise it keeps old fieldnames, which may no longer exist.
